While not mandatory for member registration, it is mandatory if you will be attending one of our ceremonies or to work with one of our healers. Forms of ID can include State/Federal ID, Tribal Membership Card, Passports. ID MUST CONTAIN PHOTO. If you are unsure, you may upload more then one ID.
